Join our dynamic team as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and become a key player in shaping the future of Arup. In this role, you'll provide guidance and support to our leadership team on a wide array of employee related matters, policy interpretation, and cyclical activities for talent and performance management. The Opportunity
• Act in both strategic and tactical capacities for full life-cycle Human Resources support including member engagement and performance and talent management streams of work.
• Provide guidance on employment matters such as policy interpretation, employee relations issues to ensure fair treatment, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Advise on people trends/gaps to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Participate in projects and initiatives in support of the overall People Workplan
• Gather and promote feedback mechanisms from leaders to influence the continuous improvement of People + Culture services and processes

Is the role right for you?
• Strong experience in HR consulting in Singapore with regional experience preferred especially Indonesia.
• In-depth knowledge of local employment and industrial relations frameworks.
• Service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships across all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound recommendations based on data and analysis.
• Growth mindset, resilient with strong organisational skills. Highly detail-oriented, solutions focused and self-directed. comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and an understanding of whether and when to escalate issues.
