• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years’ experience in the capacity of Resident Building Services Inspector, or equivalent. Relevant experience in Data Centre or CLP 132kV Substation is preferable
• Good understanding of the construction works and provide assistance to the Designers / Project Manager on all aspects of supervision of Building Services work on site within the contracts and the up-keeping and maintenance of site records, including labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site, etc.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

This position will be on a contract basis to work at a development site in Kwai Chung for 20 months which may be lengthened or shortened subject to project development. Attractive remuneration package with gratuity will be offered to the successful candidates.
