Responsibilities:

•        Administrate and coordinate activities in project levels
•       Prepare meeting minutes, reports and other documents
•       Keep track of issues and risks, assist in conflict resolution and make escalations when necessary
•       Work collaboratively with different parties to monitor and complete tasks
•       Carry other duties as assigned by the supervisors

Qualifications and Experience required:

•        At least 2.5 years’ experience in design, supervision and coordination of relevant construction projects
•       Holder of higher diploma or equivalent in the architectural or engineering design or construction related discipline
•        Self-motivated good team player coupled with good organizational and communication skills
•        Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Project Coordinator | Advisory Services.
