Graduate Building Sustainability Engineer

 

Responsibility:

1.    Mainly involved in sustainable design for the planning of Eco Community and single building project; Conduct energy simulation, Daylight analysis, and CFD simulation; complete technical analysis report.

2.    Complete Green building/ WELL building certificate and related simulation and analysis.

3.    Cooperate with MEP for sustainable design and optimization.

4.    Researchcollect and organize the application of green building technology at the forefront of the market.

 

Requirements:

1.    Master’s degree in HVAC/ building physics with a sound knowledge of building physics fundamentals.

2.    Knowledge and experience in ESG/Low carbon/Sustainability/Climate Change is preferred.

3.    Be familiar with Microsoft officeBasic sill in GrasshopperDynamoEnergy Plus、 eQuest,Python is preferred.

4.    Excellent written and verbal English skills.

5.    Good presentation and communication skills.

6.    Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.
