Responsibilities:

  •         Perform sourcing and procurement of office supplies, including pantry items, food and beverage, printing consumables and stationery, etc.
  •         Monitor inventory of office supplies and record update
  •         Handle invoice payment
  •         Provide administrative support to the team as assigned

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sizable company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Responsible, good interpersonal skills and attend to details
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
